GetJob Services: Terms & Conditions
1. Application Process
Any candidate who wishes to apply for a job must submit their updated resume to GetJob Services. Our team may conduct a telephonic round if required and recommend eligible candidates for interviews. GetJob Services only provides consultancy services and does not guarantee a job.
2. Mandatory Registration
It is mandatory for every candidate to complete registration and verification with GetJob Services in order to avail our services. Without registration, services will not be provided.
3. Documents Required for Registration
The candidate must submit the following documents:
Updated Resume
Identity Proof (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Driving License, etc.)
Address Proof
02 Passport size Photograph
4. Registration Fees
The candidate shall pay a Registration Fee of ₹500 at the time of registration.
The Registration Fee includes ₹200 towards processing, verification, and documentation charges.
The registration shall remain valid for one (1) year from the date of registration.
The Registration Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
The Registration Fee is charged for recruitment consultancy, verification, processing, and related services only and shall not be construed as a guarantee of employment.
5. Refund Policy
Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. The fee is charged for the service process and not as a guarantee of job placement.
6. Mention of GetJob Services in Resume
During the interview process, candidates must mention GetJob Services as their consultancy source in the resume so that the company is aware of the reference and the process runs smoothly.
7. Post-Interview Communication
After attending an interview, the candidate must inform GetJob Services about the outcome (Selected/Rejected). This can be done via call, message, or email.
8. Selection through Reference/Recommendation
If a candidate is selected on the basis of GetJob Services’ reference or recommendation, then the candidate must follow our terms. After selection, the candidate must notify GetJob Services and make the required service charge payment on time.
9. Reporting Interview Issues
If a candidate faces any problem during the interview process (e.g., interview not conducted, result not declared, or any other issue), then the candidate must immediately inform GetJob Services via call or message.
10. Responsibility after Job Selection
Upon joining any employer organization, company, firm, establishment, institution, or business entity, the candidate shall be deemed to be a direct employee of such employer. Thereafter, GetJob Services shall have no responsibility or liability for any salary-related disputes, employment termination, workplace conduct, transfers, promotions, disciplinary actions, legal disputes, or any other matters arising between the employer and the employee.
11. Candidate’s Responsibility in Reference Cases
If a candidate is working in a client company through GetJob Services’ reference, then the candidate cannot hold GetJob Services responsible for any disputes with the company. Our responsibility is limited to providing consultancy and interview facilitation only.
12. Payment of Service Charges
If a candidate is selected through GetJob Services’ reference, then the candidate must pay the agreed service charges from the first month’s salary within a maximum of 10 days. Payment must be made only via official bank account or digital payment mode.
Additional Clauses (Legal & Privacy)
GetJob Services is committed to protecting candidates’ data and will not share it with any third party without consent.
GetJob Services reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions from time to time.
In case of any dispute, jurisdiction will lie with the courts in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

गेटजॉब सर्विसेज के नियम और शर्तें
1. आवेदन प्रक्रिया
यदि कोई उम्मीदवार नौकरी के लिए आवेदन करना चाहता है, तो उसे अपना बायोडाटा गेटजॉब सर्विसेज की टीम को भेजना होगा। हमारी टीम आवश्यकतानुसार टेलीफोनिक राउंड कर सकती है और योग्य उम्मीदवारों को इंटरव्यू के लिए सुझाव दे सकती है। गेटजॉब सर्विसेज केवल कंसल्टेंसी सेवाएं प्रदान करता है और नौकरी की गारंटी नहीं देता।
2. पंजीकरण अनिवार्य है
किसी भी उम्मीदवार को गेटजॉब सर्विसेज की सेवाओं का लाभ लेने के लिए पंजीकरण और सत्यापन अनिवार्य है। बिना पंजीकरण के सेवाएं उपलब्ध नहीं होंगी।
3. पंजीकरण के लिए आवश्यक दस्तावेज
उम्मीदवार को निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज जमा करने होंगे:
अपडेटेड बायोडाटा
पहचान प्रमाण (आधार कार्ड, पैन कार्ड, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस में से कोई एक)
पते का प्रमाण
02 पासपोर्ट साइज फोटो
4. पंजीकरण शुल्क
उम्मीदवार को पंजीकरण के समय ₹500 का पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा करना होगा।
उक्त पंजीकरण शुल्क में ₹200 प्रोसेसिंग, सत्यापन (Verification) एवं दस्तावेज़ीकरण (Documentation) शुल्क शामिल है।
पंजीकरण शुल्क जमा होने की तिथि से एक वर्ष (1 Year) तक मान्य रहेगा।
पंजीकरण शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस (Non-Refundable) या किसी अन्य व्यक्ति को हस्तांतरित (Non-Transferable) नहीं किया जाएगा।
पंजीकरण शुल्क केवल भर्ती परामर्श (Recruitment Consultancy), सत्यापन एवं संबंधित सेवाओं हेतु लिया जाता है तथा यह नौकरी मिलने की गारंटी नहीं है।
5. शुल्क की वापसी नीति
पंजीकरण शुल्क किसी भी परिस्थिति में वापस नहीं किया जाएगा। यह शुल्क केवल सेवा प्रक्रिया के लिए है, न कि नौकरी की गारंटी के लिए।
6. इंटरव्यू में गेटजॉब सर्विसेज का उल्लेख
इंटरव्यू के दौरान उम्मीदवार को अपने बायोडाटा में गेटजॉब सर्विसेज का नाम लिखना आवश्यक है, ताकि कंपनी को स्रोत का पता चल सके और प्रक्रिया सुचारू रूप से पूरी हो सके।
7. इंटरव्यू के बाद सूचना देना
उम्मीदवार को इंटरव्यू पूरा होने के बाद गेटजॉब सर्विसेज को परिणाम (सलेक्टेड/रिजेक्टेड) की जानकारी देना अनिवार्य है। यह जानकारी फोन, मैसेज या ईमेल के माध्यम से दी जा सकती है।
8. रेफरेंस या सिफारिश पर चयन
यदि कोई उम्मीदवार गेटजॉब सर्विसेज की सिफारिश या रेफरेंस से चुना जाता है, तो उसे हमारी शर्तों का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा। चयन होने के बाद उम्मीदवार को गेटजॉब सर्विसेज को सूचित करना होगा और निर्धारित सर्विस चार्ज का भुगतान समय पर करना होगा।
9. इंटरव्यू से जुड़ी समस्या की सूचना
यदि इंटरव्यू प्रक्रिया में किसी भी प्रकार की समस्या आती है, जैसे इंटरव्यू न होना, रिजल्ट न आना, या अन्य कोई मुद्दा, तो उम्मीदवार को तुरंत गेटजॉब सर्विसेज को कॉल या मैसेज द्वारा सूचित करना चाहिए।
10. नौकरी मिलने के बाद जिम्मेदारी
किसी भी नियोजक संस्था, कंपनी, प्रतिष्ठान, फर्म अथवा संगठन में नियुक्ति (Joining) होने के पश्चात उम्मीदवार उस संबंधित संस्था/कंपनी का प्रत्यक्ष कर्मचारी माना जाएगा। इसके बाद वेतन संबंधी विवाद, नौकरी समाप्ति (Termination), कार्यस्थल का व्यवहार, स्थानांतरण (Transfer), पदोन्नति (Promotion), अनुशासनात्मक कार्यवाही, कानूनी विवाद अथवा नियोक्ता एवं कर्मचारी के बीच उत्पन्न किसी भी प्रकार के मामले के लिए GetJob Services उत्तरदायी या जिम्मेदार नहीं होगा।
11. रेफरेंस केस में उम्मीदवार की जिम्मेदारी
यदि उम्मीदवार गेटजॉब सर्विसेज के रेफरेंस से क्लाइंट कंपनी में कार्य करता है, तो वह कंपनी या क्लाइंट से किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में गेटजॉब सर्विसेज को जिम्मेदार नहीं ठहराएगा। गेटजॉब सर्विसेज की जिम्मेदारी केवल कनेक्शन और इंटरव्यू सुविधा तक सीमित है।
12. सर्विस चार्ज का भुगतान
यदि उम्मीदवार गेटजॉब सर्विसेज के रेफरेंस से चयनित होता है, तो पहले महीने की सैलरी से तय सर्विस चार्ज गेटजॉब सर्विसेज को देना अनिवार्य है। यह भुगतान अधिकतम 10 दिनों के भीतर करना होगा। भुगतान केवल ऑफिशियल बैंक अकाउंट या डिजिटल मोड से ही स्वीकार किया जाएगा।
अतिरिक्त बिंदु (Legal & Privacy)
गेटजॉब सर्विसेज उम्मीदवार के डेटा को सुरक्षित रखने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
गेटजॉब सर्विसेज समय-समय पर इन नियमों में संशोधन कर सकता है।
किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में न्याय क्षेत्र गोरखपुर, उत्तर प्रदेश होगा।
