Terms & Conditions, Working Structure, Incentive & Payment Policy
1. Program Objective
The purpose of the Hiring Associate Program is to connect job seekers with Getjob Services and assist them in accessing employment opportunities.
The primary role of an Associate is to refer candidates to Getjob Services, encourage them to register, and provide basic information regarding the recruitment process.
2. Independent Associate Policy
This Hiring Associate Program is a completely incentive-based partnership program.
Every Associate participating in this program shall be considered an Independent Associate.
Under no circumstances shall an Associate be considered:
❌ An Employee of Getjob Services
❌ An Officer of Getjob Services
❌ An Agent of Getjob Services
❌ An Authorized Representative of Getjob Services
Associates shall not be entitled to:
❌ Fixed Salary
❌ Monthly Remuneration
❌ Employee Benefits
❌ PF (Provident Fund)
❌ ESI Benefits
❌ Paid Leave
❌ Any Other Employment Benefits
Associates shall only be eligible for incentives, bonuses, and payments as per the company's prevailing policies.
The relationship between Getjob Services and the Associate shall be that of a business partnership and not an employer-employee relationship.
3. Associate Registration
Every individual wishing to participate in the program must complete the Associate Registration process.
Upon successful registration, the Associate may be assigned a unique Associate ID for referral tracking and record management.
4. Roles & Responsibilities of an Associate
An Associate shall:
✅ Refer job seekers to Getjob Services.
✅ Provide information regarding registration procedures.
✅ Guide candidates regarding interviews and joining formalities.
✅ Maintain the professional image and reputation of the company.
An Associate is not authorized to guarantee:
❌ Job Placement
❌ Candidate Selection
❌ Salary Package
5. Candidate Registration Process
Each candidate must pay:
💰 ₹500 Registration Fee
A registration shall be considered valid only if:
✅ Registration fee has been paid.
✅ Registration form has been completed.
✅ Candidate verification has been successfully completed.
✅ Candidate is not already registered in the company's database.
6. Registration Incentive
For every valid, verified, and paid candidate registration referred by an Associate:
💰 ₹100 Registration Incentive
shall be payable to the Associate.
No incentive shall be payable for:
❌ Duplicate Candidates
❌ Previously Registered Candidates
❌ Incomplete Registrations
❌ Incorrect Information
❌ Failed Verification Cases
7. Joining Process
Getjob Services shall process candidates for suitable job opportunities based on their qualifications and available vacancies.
Upon successful selection and joining of a candidate:
💰 ₹2,000 Joining Service Charge
shall be applicable as per company policy.
8. Joining Incentive
If a candidate referred by an Associate:
✅ Successfully joins a company
✅ Completes the required retention period
The Associate shall receive:
💰 ₹500 per Successful Joining
9. Retention Policy
Joining Incentive shall be payable only if the candidate:
✅ Completes a minimum of 15 days of employment
OR
✅ Completes the retention period specified for the respective vacancy
If the candidate leaves the job before completing the required retention period, no Joining Incentive shall be payable.
10. Monthly Performance Bonus
Successful Joinings Bonus
10 Joinings ₹1,000
20 Joinings ₹2,500
30 Joinings ₹3,500
11. Payment Policy
Registration Incentive
Registration incentives shall be paid between the 1st and 10th of every month.
Joining Incentive
Joining incentives shall be paid after successful joining verification and retention confirmation.
Payment Methods
✅ UPI Transfer
✅ Bank Transfer
12. Fee Collection & Payment Policy
All registration fees, service charges, and other candidate payments shall be paid directly to Getjob Services.
Associates are not authorized to collect any payment from candidates through cash, UPI, bank transfer, or any other mode of payment.
Any violation of this policy may result in immediate termination of the Associate's membership and cancellation of pending incentives.
13. Associate Payment Policy
All incentives, bonuses, and other payments payable to Associates shall be paid exclusively by Getjob Services.
No candidate, employer, company, or third party shall make direct payments to any Associate.
All payments shall be processed through the company's approved payment channels.
14. Candidate Ownership Policy
The Associate who first successfully registers a candidate through a valid registration process shall receive ownership credit for that candidate.
Only one Associate may claim ownership of a candidate.
15. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Getjob Services shall not provide Associates with access to:
❌ Candidate Database
❌ Client Database
❌ Vacancy Database
❌ Internal Company Information
❌ Business Records
All company information, records, and databases shall remain confidential and proprietary property of Getjob Services.
16. Prohibited Activities
Associates shall not engage in:
❌ Unauthorized collection of money from candidates
❌ Misuse of the company name
❌ Submission of fake candidates
❌ Providing false information
❌ Direct contact with company clients
❌ Activities that may harm the company's reputation
17. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute relating to incentives, payments, candidate ownership, verification, joining status, or any other matter, the decision of Getjob Services shall be final and binding on all parties.
18. Suspension & Termination
Getjob Services reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Associate without prior notice in cases involving:
❌ Fraudulent Activities
❌ Fake Registrations
❌ Data Misuse
❌ Violation of Company Policies
❌ Misconduct
❌ Unauthorized Fee Collection
Pending incentives may also be cancelled in such cases.
19. Company Rights
Getjob Services reserves the right to:
✔ Modify the incentive structure
✔ Amend terms and conditions
✔ Approve or terminate Associate memberships
✔ Verify and investigate any claims
✔ Update program policies at any time
The company's decision shall be final and binding.
