If he/she is interested to apply for a job they have to send a resume to my team otherwise directly contact to our team. Our team can take the first telephonic round and if the candidate is suitable for our reliable option then we can suggest any job/company.
Candidates should be registered and verified with Getjob Services.
For registration candidates will submit one copy of their Resume, one copy of address proof (Adhar, Pan Card, Driving Licence, etc.) and one passport-size photograph to Getjob Services.
Registration charge (Rs.500/-) will be payable at the time of document submission.
When candidates are going for the interview then compulsory that they have to mention their consultancy name on his/her resume so the company can be easily aware.
After the interview, they will inform Getjob Services, what happened in the interview.
If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records otherwise directly inform to our team or any concerned person from Getjob Services.
If any candidates facing any issues in the interview they should inform Getjob Services after the interview by call or message.
If a candidate is selected for a job through Getjob Services he/she will be solely the employee of the concerned organization and Getjob Services will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
If any candidate is working through our reference in our client company then we can’t place that candidate to any other company till he/ she can’t leave the job.
Company Registration
1.1. The Employer must submit valid registration documents (GST, MSME, Incorporation Certificate, Trade License, etc.) before availing services.
1.2. The Consultant reserves the right to verify and reject any company without assigning a reason.
1.3. The Employer confirms that all information provided is true and legally valid.
Interview & Document Verification
2.1. The company shall be solely responsible for conducting interviews of shortlisted candidates.
2.2. Verification of all academic qualifications, experience certificates, and other relevant documents shall be the company’s responsibility.
2.3. Getjob Services shall not be liable for any discrepancies found in candidate documents after selection.
Appointment Letter & Agreement
3.1. The company must issue a written Appointment Letter (Joining Letter) and, if applicable, an Employment Agreement to the selected candidate.
3.2. The Appointment Letter must clearly mention salary, designation, job responsibilities, working hours, leave policy, and other applicable terms.
3.3. The candidate must carefully read and agree to all terms and conditions before signing.
Training Period
4.1. Selected candidates shall undergo a training/probation period of up to 3 months (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
4.2. During this period, salary/remuneration shall be as mutually agreed between the company and the candidate.
4.3. After successful completion of the training period, any increment or revision in salary shall be at the sole discretion of the company, unless otherwise pre-agreed in writing.
Termination of Candidate
5.1. In case the company wishes to terminate the candidate, it must inform Getjob Services with valid and documented reasons.
5.2. The company shall ensure full and final settlement of salary for all days worked by the candidate.
5.3. Getjob Services shall not be responsible for disputes arising between the company and the candidate after joining.
Service Charge
6.1. A minimum service charge of ₹1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only) shall be payable to Getjob Services from the candidate’s first-month salary.
6.2. The service charge shall become payable after the candidate completes 10 working days with the company.
6.3. The company shall ensure timely deduction and payment of the service charge to Getjob Services.
General Clause
7.1. Getjob Services acts only as a recruitment facilitator between the company and the candidate.
7.2. Any employment relationship shall be strictly between the company and the candidate.
7.3. All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The Client Company shall ensure that no candidate is discriminated against on the basis of caste, religion, gender, age, marital status, disability, region, ethnicity, or any other protected category under applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to:
The Constitution of India
The Equal Remuneration Act, 1976
The Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013
The Client Company shall be solely responsible for compliance with all applicable labour and employment laws.
Safe & Lawful Work Environment
The Client Company shall provide a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment in compliance with applicable labour laws and workplace safety regulations.
The Company must ensure:
Proper safety measures at the workplace
Prevention of harassment or exploitation
Compliance with working condition standards under Indian law
Getjob Services shall not be liable for any workplace misconduct, injury, or violation occurring after candidate placement.
Work Hours, Compensation & Leave Policy
The Client Company shall clearly communicate in writing to the selected candidate:
Working hours and shift details
Weekly offs and public holidays
Leave entitlements (Casual Leave, Sick Leave, Earned Leave, etc.)
Salary structure including CTC breakdown
All employment terms must comply with applicable Shops & Establishment Act or Factories Act (as applicable).

All employment terms must comply with applicable Shops & Establishment Act or Factories Act (as applicable).
Confidentiality Obligations
The Candidate shall maintain strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary, financial, operational, and strategic information of the Client Company.
The Client Company must provide a written Confidentiality Agreement or include confidentiality clauses within the Appointment Letter or Employment Agreement.
Getjob Services shall not be responsible for any breach of confidentiality by either party after placement.
Transparency in Payment
The Client Company shall:
Pay salary on or before the agreed due date
Provide salary slips with detailed breakdown of earnings and deductions
Ensure deductions comply with statutory laws (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.)
Unlawful or arbitrary deductions shall not be permitted.
Non-payment or delayed payment may result in suspension of services by Getjob Services.
Dispute Resolution
In case of any dispute between the Candidate and the Client Company:
Both parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute mutually.
If unresolved, the matter may be referred to Getjob Services for mediation.
Mediation by Getjob Services shall be advisory in nature and not legally binding unless agreed in writing by both parties.
Any legal dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in [Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh] unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Getjob Services acts only as a recruitment facilitator.
The final hiring decision rests solely with the Client Company.
Getjob Services shall not be liable for employee misconduct, performance issues, financial loss, or legal disputes arising after placement.
Amendments
Getjob Services reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Any amendments shall be communicated in writing to the Client Company and shall become effective from the date of notification.
