If he/she is interested to apply for a job they have to send a resume to my team otherwise directly contact to our team. Our team can take the first telephonic round and if the candidate is suitable for our reliable option then we can suggest any job/company.
Candidates should be registered and verified with Getjob Services.
For registration candidates will submit one copy of their Resume, one copy of address proof (Adhar, Pan Card, Driving Licence, etc.) and one passport-size photograph to Getjob Services.
Registration charge (Rs.500/-) will be payable at the time of document submission.
When candidates are going for the interview then compulsory that they have to mention their consultancy name on his/her resume so the company can be easily aware.
After the interview, they will inform Getjob Services, what happened in the interview.
If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records otherwise directly inform to our team or any concerned person from Getjob Services.
If any candidates facing any issues in the interview they should inform Getjob Services after the interview by call or message.
If a candidate is selected for a job through Getjob Services he/she will be solely the employee of the concerned organization and Getjob Services will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
If any candidate is working through our reference in our client company then we can’t place that candidate to any other company till he/ she can’t leave the job.
Company Registration
Every company must provide its registered documents to associate with Getjob Services.
Interview & Document Verification
It will be the company’s responsibility to conduct interviews and verify all academic and experience-related documents of the selected candidates.
Appointment Letter & Agreement
The company shall provide the candidate with an Appointment Letter (Joining Letter) and an Agreement Letter in written form along with all terms and conditions.
The candidate must carefully read and agree to these before signing.
Training Period
Selected candidates will be under a training period of 3 months.
After the completion of the training period, it will be the company’s responsibility to increase the salary/remuneration of the candidate.
Termination of Candidate
If the company wishes to terminate a candidate, it must inform Getjob Services with valid reasons.
In case of termination, the company shall pay the candidate for all the working days served.
Service Charge
The company must ensure that a minimum service charge of ₹1000/- is paid to Getjob Services from the candidate’s first-month salary.
This service charge shall be payable after the candidate completes 10 working days.
Equal Opportunity
The company shall not discriminate against any candidate based on caste, religion, gender, region, or background.
Work Environment
The company shall ensure a safe, healthy, and respectful work environment for all candidates.
Work Hours & Leave
The company shall clearly inform the candidates regarding work hours, holidays, and leave policies.
Confidentiality
The candidate shall be bound not to disclose any confidential information of the company. The company must provide a clear confidentiality agreement.
Transparency in Payment
Salary shall be paid to the candidate on time with proper details of deductions. Any unfair deductions will not be acceptable.
Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, the company and candidate are bound to resolve the issue in collaboration with Getjob Services.
Final decision may be made through mediation by Getjob Services.
Amendments
Getjob Services reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, with prior notification to client companies.
