If he/she is interested to apply for a job they have to send a resume to my team otherwise directly contact to our team. Our team can take the first telephonic round and if the candidate is suitable for our reliable option then we can suggest any job/company.
Candidates should be registered and verified with Getjob Services.
For registration candidates will submit one copy of their Resume, one copy of address proof (Adhar, Pan Card, Driving Licence, etc.) and one passport-size photograph to Getjob Services.
Registration charge (Rs.354/-) will be payable at the time of document submission.
When candidates are going for the interview then compulsory that they have to mention their consultancy name on his/her resume so the company can be easily aware.
After the interview, they will inform Getjob Services, what happened in the interview.
If any candidate is selected by our references and recommendations, he/she has to inform us and endorse a copy of the appointment letter immediately to us for our records otherwise directly inform to our team or any concerned person from Getjob Services.
If any candidates facing any issues in the interview they should inform Getjob Services after the interview by call or message.
If a candidate is selected for a job through Getjob Services he/she will be solely the employee of the concerned organization and Getjob Services will be not responsible for any legal/dispute or any other matter between the candidate and the organization.
If any candidate is working through our reference in our client company then we can’t place that candidate to any other company till he/ she can’t leave the job.
Clients or Companies should be registered with Getjob Services with company-registered documents.
The company will interview candidates and verify all documents candidates.
The Company will give the candidates a copy of the Joining letter and Agreement letter with all terms and conditions in writing. (Candidates will read this T&C very carefully before signing the agreement paper.)
The candidate will be in the under-training period for the next three months.
After the training period, the salary of candidates should be Increased.
If a company wants to fire the candidates then the company will have to inform the reason placement agency.
The company will pay the number of working days to the candidates before firing.
The company will pay Getjob Services a minimum Rs1000 Service charge from the candidate's salary for the first month. This amount should be payable after 10 day working of for the candidates.
